Every time @NordoffRobbins throw an event you come away feeling more & more inspired by the power of music. Interviewed the players on the red carpet last night at the annual #RugbyDinner & then went on to play the afterparty. I started to learn to DJ on vinyl back when I worked as a Recruitment Consultant years ago. Whenever I was stressed I’d get in from work & jump on the decks. I found that when I was mixing everything I was worrying about seemed to melt away. Sport can give you that meditative relief, so can art, going outside, the sea, learning to play the guitar, cooking, being creative, whatever gives you a new focus, teaches you something & pushes you forward. I would have never imagined back then that something that made me so happy would be my job ⭐️ 📸 @jackgoodman
