Things aren’t easy for many of us right now but the one thing we have is each other. Pick up the phone to an old friend, send an email to someone at work just to check in or FaceTime your family. So many of the simple, material day to day things we have taken for granted have been taken away & replaced by kindness, gratitude & compassion. It’s a time be be brave, to face the things that scare us & to go deep within ourselves to remember the stuff that really matters. It’s not about us, it’s about all of us. We are in this together. Yesterday, like many of us, I started to feel like things were a bit overwhelming. Then I watched @edjackson8’s video about how we can turn this situation around & use our time positively (you can find it on his profile).
